The Boston Marathon training schedule is coming into its own as marathoners start to head back to their respective states for the start of the race.
The marathon training will begin on Saturday morning with a start in New York City, where the Boston Strong will host a charity marathon.
This year, the marathon will be held in New Hampshire.
This is a chance for the Boston marathon community to support one of the top charities in the world, the American Red Cross.
As runners head to New York for the race, the Boston Red Cross will host their annual Red Cross Marathon Walk on Friday.
The walk will start in Manhattan at 7 a.m. and end in Jamaica, Jamaica.
This year’s marathon will also be held at Boston’s Waterfront Park, which is located in the heart of the city.
The course will include a marathon finish and the Boston flag.
